Terms of Service

By creating an account or placing an order on YTLikes you agree to these terms.

The service

YTLikes delivers engagement services (likes, comments, live stream viewers) to public YouTube content you specify by URL. We never ask for, store, or require your YouTube credentials.

Wallet and payments

Orders are paid from your prepaid wallet balance. Top-ups are one-time payments, not subscriptions. Wallet funds do not expire. Wallet balances are not redeemable for cash except where required by law.

Delivery and refunds

Delivery quantities and start times are estimates shown per service. If an order fails outright, its full price is refunded to your wallet automatically. If an order completes partially, the undelivered portion is refunded to your wallet automatically. Eligible services include a refill window, shown in the catalog.

Acceptable use

You may only submit content you own or are authorized to promote. You are responsible for compliance with YouTube's Terms of Service and Community Guidelines for your channel. We may refuse or cancel orders for illegal content, or content promoting hate, violence, or scams, at our discretion with a wallet refund.

No guarantees

Engagement metrics can be adjusted by YouTube at any time. Except for the refund and refill commitments above, the service is provided as-is and we are not liable for indirect damages, lost revenue, or platform actions taken against your channel. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the affected order.

Referral program

When a referred user makes their first top-up of $10 or more, the referrer receives 10% of that amount and the referred user receives an extra 5%, both as wallet balance. Referral bonuses are promotional balance: spendable on services, never withdrawable or redeemable for cash. One bonus per referred account. If the underlying payment is refunded, disputed, or charged back, the associated bonuses are reversed, which may result in a negative balance. Self-referral, fake accounts, or other abuse voids bonuses and may result in account closure. We may change or end the program at any time; earned bonuses remain valid.
