What we collect

Account data (email, name) handled by our authentication provider, Clerk. Order data: the public YouTube URLs you submit, quantities, and order status. Payment processing is handled by our payment provider; we never see or store full card numbers.

What we don't collect

YouTube passwords or account access of any kind. We only ever need a public URL.

How we use it

To deliver orders, maintain your wallet, respond to support requests, and keep the service working. We do not sell your data or share it with third parties beyond the processors needed to run the service (authentication, payments, hosting).

Retention and deletion

Order history is kept while your account exists. Email support@boostchannels.com to request account deletion and we will remove your personal data within 30 days, except records we must keep for accounting or legal reasons.

Cookies

We use only the cookies required for sign-in sessions. No third-party advertising trackers.
